5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the customized and unique nature of 3D printed products, returns or exchanges may only be accepted if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • And you notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.

• VIRUS Labs is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
