• Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location.

• Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Charges will be communicated at checkout or upon request.

2. Shipping Charges

• No shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, as standard shipping costs are already included in the product price.

• Extra charges may apply for express or priority delivery if requested.

3. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship within India only.

• International orders are not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS (if available).

• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages ​

• VIRUS Labs is not liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier..

• However, we will do our best to help track down the package or provide a replacement, depending on the situation.

6. Delays

• While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

• VIRUS Labs is not responsible for such delays, but we will keep you updated and assist wherever possible.
