Because our products are custom-printed for you, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." Please review product dimensions and color choices carefully before ordering.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements We will offer a full refund or a free replacement if:

Manufacturing Defect: The item has a significant structural flaw that hinders its intended use (e.g., a major layer separation not noted in the product description).

Wrong Item: You received a different model or color than what you ordered.

Lost Packages: If the courier confirms the package is lost in transit.
Exclusions

Aesthetic Artifacts: Minor layer lines, small "zits," or surface textures inherent to the 3D printing process are not considered defects.

Heat Damage: We do not offer refunds for items that have warped or melted due to being left in hot cars, near heaters, or in direct sunlight (please refer to our Care Guide).
